Thank you for installing the Slingo Supreme app, we hope you're having a Slingoriffic time and can't stop playing. We're here to help, but every now and again we mess up and a bug gets past us. This is where you can find the current bugs we're working on and ask any questions you might have.

Current Bugs

App Doesn't Start Up After Upgrading

We have had some reports of people not being able to launch Slingo after upgrading to the latest version. In many cases, restarting the device will get it up and running again. To do this:

  1. Press and hold the power button for a few seconds until a red slider appears.
  2. Slide your finger across it. The device will turn off after a few moments.
  3. Once the screen goes completely black, press and hold the power button for a few seconds until an Apple logo appears. The device will go to the home screen after a few moments.
