Aztec Gold: Mines will be played in a game area that has 5x5 squares. A total of 25 squares are there for you to choose from. There are different modes to play in, with 1 to 15 mines hidden, but also with a changing number of picks to make until you hit the top prize. Each mode has its own prize to pay, and the most you can get is 288x the stake from one. The RTP changes as well, from a minimum of 96% to a top one of 98.88%.
At the top are some animal heads carved in wood, with the game’s golden logo on top. The grid, with its 25 picking positions, is placed in the middle. To the left is where you set your bet and decide how many mines you want to play with. A large green snake is also hanging out there, constantly watching what is happening. To the right of the grid are two displays, one telling you how much money you have collected so far and the other one how many treasures you have found.
You can choose to Cash Out at any time, and the goal of the game is to cash out before you reveal a mine. The max win varies between 24x and 288x your stake, and more mines doesn’t necessarily equal a higher max win. It does, however, mean that the bet multiplier accelerates more quickly towards higher numbers per pick.
