Playing Book of Destiny is rather simple. You can decide whether the sound will be on or off before the game begins, but you can modify this setting by clicking on the speaker icon at the top of the screen. By clicking the arrows next to the spin button, you can change your bet. There are wagers ranging from 0.10 coins to 80 coins.

As usual, the Book sign doubles as both the wild and scatter in this game, substituting for all normal pay symbols to support the formation of winning combinations. To start the Bonus Round, you must land 3 or more book scatter symbols anywhere. This also gives you a scatter win of 2x, 20x, or 200x your bet for 3 to 5 symbols, respectively. 500x your wager is awarded for 5 wilds on a payline, the same payout as the explorer symbol.

However, you have the option to select which symbol you wish to be the unique expanding symbol before the feature is activated. Additionally, if the wheel of fortune stops on a black segment, you run the danger of losing the entire feature. You can wager for up to 2 additional growing symbols. Another growing symbol is awarded when the feature is reactivated with +10 additional spins.

The number of free spins you receive—10—is fairly standard for this type of game, and if you land enough of the chosen symbol(s) to form a winning combination, they will grow to fill the entire set of reels. Though you land more than one of the special symbols, they each expand in turn to provide payouts even if they don't have to land next to each other for you to win.
