How To Play

The game grid for Disturbed has 5 reels, a distinctive 4-2-4-2-4 pattern, and 256 chances to win. Reels 2 and 4's Enhancer Cells have the ability to start features that give players more opportunities to win big. 

Activating the xBet/Ramp Access increases the stake by x2 and illuminates the top left Enhancer Cell while ensuring a Scatter appears on the first reel. Players can bet between 0.20 and 100 each spin. 

The high-paying symbols include a Bag of Blood, a Biohazard Bin, Ms. Happ, Mr. Facelift, and Dr. Death—characters you wouldn't want as your doctor. The low-paying symbols are all connected to medicine. Five of a kind wins pay 2x the wager for low-paying symbols and 2.5x to 10x the wager for high-paying symbols.

Additionally, during the base game, Pre-op Spins, or Annihilation Spins, fully stacked character symbols may land on the central reel, turning into a Wild Symbol that swaps out for any paying symbol.

Mrs. Nudge only makes an appearance on the third reel, expanding to fill the entire reel upon landing. Additionally, each nudge makes the game more exciting by +1 by raising the win multiplier.

On any random spin, you have the option to activate up to four Enhancer Cells, which will then activate one of the following modifiers: xWays, xSplit, Wild, Disturber, or Gravestones. 

• xWays - applies to all symbols in the same xSplit position and randomly changes a symbol into an xWay. 
• Mr. Split, a random symbol, is created by xSplit, which subsequently splits into an additional symbol in the same row. 
• Wild - adds a standard Wild Symbol at random. 
• Disturber causes a respin that resets any impacted xWays, Wild, or xSplit symbols. 
• Gravestones: The Angel of Death feature is activated by obtaining 4 gravestones.

12, 15, or 20 Pre-op Spins will be awarded if 3, 4, or 5 Scatters are landed, respectively. There is always at least one lighted Enhancer Cell on these spins. You'll get an extra spin if you turn on a Disturber.
