With 6 reels, 4 rows, and 30 paylines, the Golden Tsar slot machine can be played. Starting with reel 1, you must land two or more of the higher-value royal family symbols or three or more of the lower-value Russian letters on an adjacent reel's payline to form a winning combination.

The royal palace is accessible at stake levels ranging from 0.10 to 40 per spin. Select your level after clicking the stake button in the lower left corner of the screen.

Russian letter symbols with lower values can be found on the deep blue reels. The Tsezarevich, Tsarevna, Tsarina, and the Tsar himself are listed in order of importance. The Tsar, who wears a beautiful gold crown, pays 0.2, 1.5, 3, 7.5, or 25 times your total bet if you get 2, 3, 4, or 5 symbols on a payline. Although they don't seem like a lot of numbers, there are stacked symbols to take into account that can move things along rapidly.

You'll partially fill up their metre above the reels each time you hit a winning combination that includes one of the four Russian royals. The metre advances in step with the number of symbols in the win. You'll start using the Royal Expand feature when a Royal metre is filled.

The Tsar Spins feature is the primary extra. It starts when three or more scatter eggs in the Faberge style land anywhere on the reels. Then you'll get 12 bonus spins.

One of the four royal family members will have their metre full before they begin. Any time this symbol appears during the feature, it will enlarge.

Like in the original game, landing winning combinations made up of other royal family members will fill their metre.
