Honey Gems is a rather easy game to play. Playtech's Honey Gems is a video slot featuring 17 reels and 1-2-3-4-5-4-5-4-5-4-3-2-1 rows. The entire grid and the symbols are hexagonal. There are no standard paylines; instead, clusters of five or more identical symbols produce wins. The lowest and maximum bets are 0.1 and 500 respectively. The game has RTPs of 93.58% and 91.05% in addition to the default RTP of 95.46%. High volatility and no maximum win have been disclosed by Playtech.

The four jewels in the colours purple, green, blue, and red are the lower-paying symbols on the honeycomb grid. If you get 45 or more, they'll award you between 8X and 10X the wager. Blueberries, grapes, cherries, and strawberries are the medium-paying symbols; they pay out between 12X and 20X the bet for a cluster win of 45 or more symbols. The queen bee symbol is the highest payout, offering 50X the wager for a win of at least 45 symbols. If you land a winning cluster, the Wild Multiplier becomes active and replaces all other symbols save for the Scatter Symbol.

Six, eight, ten, or twelve free spins are awarded for landing four, five, six, or seven of the beehive-shaped scatter symbols. The reels get sticky Wild Multipliers from the queen bee that remain there during the full spinning session. The Sticky Respins are triggered by any winning cluster, just like in the base game, and the multipliers don't reset between spins.

When you make a win anywhere on the grid, the Sticky Respins are activated whenever at least one Wild Multiplier Symbol appears on the screen. All iterations of the winning symbol, including the Wild Multiplier, become sticky and remain on the reels as the others respin. Regardless of whether they contribute to a win or not, if you land one or more of the identical symbols anywhere, you will receive another respin.
