The playing field is a 6x6 matrix with scatter pays rather than the usual paylines or way winnings. To construct winning combinations, each player must collect at least eight identical symbols anywhere on the reels. And, if you're fortunate, you can match symbols of colours that correspond to the spectacles to potentially activate multipliers. The betting range for each Milkshake XXXtreme casino game is between 0.25 and 50. If you press the Spin icon, the reels will spin and random glasses will appear on the screen.

In the Milkshake XXXtreme slot, there are eight conventional candies and one wild. Refer to the game's rules and paytable for complete compensation information. A scattered win is awarded when 8 or more identical symbols appear on any reel position. The paytable rewards are dynamic and proportional to the bet size selected. Low-paying symbols are the blue spade, green club, yellow diamond, and red heart-shaped candies. They pay between 0.4% and 1.6% of the wager. Then, the Blue, Green, Brown, and Pink Ice Cream Scoops pay up to 2x, 2.4x, 3x, and 4x the wager for up to 22-36 identical symbols.

At the start of each turn, a milkshake is added to the display. The milkshake receives a 2x to 100x multiplier, a random Green, Blue, Orange, or Red colour, and two to twelve initial points. Any scattered wins of comparable colours add to the milkshake's score.

Collect 20 or more points per milkshake and have it replaced with 2-4 new milkshakes chosen at random. The cumulative win for the spin is multiplied by the sum of all milkshake multipliers that vanished from the playing field during that spin.
