A 5 reel, 3 row game engine with 10 paylines is used in Three Star Fortune. Finding three, four, or five matching symbols in one of those paylines from left to right, beginning on reel 1 or reel 5, will result in a winning combination. From 0.10 to 100 can be wagered per spin.

Instead of the customary royal values, Asian character symbols can be seen on the deep red reels. Pink fruit, a scroll, and a potion bottle are placed next to them.
