Robbie Williams has already ticked two major UK cities off the list of his Britpop tour, and his European dates are set to continue this week when he lands in Manchester tomorrow (Tuesday, June 10th).
The remainder of his energetic UK leg will see him headline the likes of Manchester and Bath, before he’ll go on to front shows in Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and more.
The tour marks the launch of his upcoming 13th studio album, Britpop, with leading single ‘Rocket’ having already been released, which he has been performing for crowds alongside a selection of his timeless bangers.
But with some fans forking out hundreds just to catch a passing glimpse of the hitmaker during his ongoing tour, just how much more money could Robbie fans still on the lookout for a place to stay have to drop if they’re planning on staying overnight?
Well, Manchester’s Travelodge sites - where the ‘Feel’ singer begins a two-show run on Tuesday, have an average price increase of 96.1% per night.
Meanwhile, Bath’s hotels have gone up even more, with sites within five miles of the venue costing an average of £267.49 per night
The data across Manchester and Bath dates looked at Travelodge branch prices for the exact same dates but one week before, the time during and one week after to find the average costs to stay.
The data focused on hotels within two miles of Manchester’s Co Op Live and five miles of Bath’s Royal Crescent venues, with the prices here obtained from what should be the cheapest available room.
